Refund Deadline: The last day to request a refund for all purchased admission tickets (excluding specially ticketed experiences) is November 1, 2024, with the cutoff time at 10 AM PT.

Initiating a Refund: To start the refund process, please log in to your Kisuucon account on TicketLeap ( https://www.ticketleap.comand ), select 'Refund Product' next to the ticket type you wish to refund.

Refund Details: Refunds will encompass the face value of the ticket at the time of purchase, inclusive of any applicable taxes and merchandise add-ons. Please be aware that service charges are non-refundable.

Contact for Assistance: For further assistance, feel free to reach out to us at admin@kisuucon.com. When doing so, provide the following details:

• Transaction ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
• Email address used for ticket purchase

Refund requests lacking this information cannot be processed. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your refund to be completed.

Terms and Conditions: Kisuucon reserves the right to modify refund terms and conditions as deemed necessary. Decisions on refunds made by Kisuucon are considered final.

Final Sales: After the refund deadline on November 1, 2024, all sales for Kisuucon become final.

Refund Assurance: As a token of our commitment, if for any reason Kisuucon does not fulfill its promise of running for at least 5 years, Founder Pass holders will be eligible for a refund of $200 for each year that falls short of this commitment.

Official Ticket Sources: To avoid disappointment and ensure the authenticity of your admission, please purchase tickets exclusively through the official Kisuucon website or our Box Office at the show. Do not support resellers offering counterfeit tickets.

Guest Appearances: We acknowledge that schedules may change, and guest appearances are subject to cancellation or adjustments at any time. Due to the professional commitments of working actors and actresses, changes may occur with minimal notice.

Guest Availability: While guests typically participate throughout the event, some may be available for a limited time, such as a single day. Specific appearance days will be communicated on the website once confirmed by the guest or their management.

Limited Capacities for Events and Activities: All events, panels, autograph sessions, and photo opportunities have limited capacities and operate on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified.

Fees for Autographs and Photos: Certain guests may charge additional fees for autographs and photo opportunities. Kindly check pricing details at the autograph tables or consult with staff at Photo Ops.

Age-Specific Passes: Youth (ages 13-17) and Child (ages 6-12) passes have age restrictions. Proof of age may be requested. Children aged 5 and under attend for free without requiring a wristband.
