 The bustling Dealer's Room is a central attraction at KISUUCON, drawing enthusiastic attendees in search of the latest anime releases, plushies, toys, fashion, accessories, and various merchandise. If you're interested in joining us as a dealer or have questions about our Dealer's Room, read on!

1.) Read the Exhibitor Contract:

• Before initiating the sign-up process, carefully review the exhibitor policy provided by our organization. This document outlines the rules, regulations, and expectations for exhibitors participating in the event.

2.) Fill Out the Exhibitor Application Form:

• Complete the exhibitor form with accurate and detailed information, ensuring all required fields are filled.

3.) Attach Example Merchandise:

• As part of the sign-up process, attach examples of the merchandise that will be sold at your booth during the event. This helps our team assess the compatibility of your offerings with the theme and nature of the event.

4.) Contact by Exhibitor Liaison:

• After submitting the form and merchandise examples, our exhibitor liaison will review your application.
• If accepted, you will be contacted by the exhibitor liaison to confirm your participation and provide further instructions.

5.) Receive Invoice:

• Upon confirmation, you will receive an invoice for the total booth amount. Ensure payment is made within one week to secure your exhibition space.

6.) Payment Deadline:

• The total booth amount must be paid by the specified deadline (1 week from the date of receiving the invoice). Failure to do so may result in the release of the allocated space.

Please note that while we'd love to accommodate every vendor, our Dealer's Room has limited space and finite booths. However, we maintain a waitlist for potential future vendors. If you don't secure a spot but meet the qualifications, your business will be considered for future KISUUCON events!

1.) Refund Policy:

• If you need to request a refund due to unforeseen circumstances, the following refund policy applies:
  • 100% refund if the request is made before March 31st.
  • 75% refund for requests made after March 31st but before June 30th.
  • 50% refund for requests made after June 30th but before September 30th.
  • No refunds will be issued after September 30th.

2.) Refund Request Procedure:

• Submit a refund request in writing, clearly stating the reason for the request.
• The refund percentage will be determined based on the date the request is received, as per the established deadlines.

3.) Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed promptly after approval, and the refunded amount will be returned through the original payment method.

4.) Confirmation of Refund:

• You will receive confirmation of the refunded amount and the completion of the refund process.

Exhibitors sell merchandise manufactured and produced by companies other than the on-site vendor. They typically offer a wide range of commercial products.

In contrast, artists in the Artist Alley sell items they've personally created, crafted, or made. Their offerings are unique and often showcase their creative talents.
