About the MCs
Booger
Booger has been active in the convention space for 8 years, hosting various events such as improv games, in-character panels, and live shows. With a vibrant background in technical theater, they love supporting others on stage and ensuring the spotlight shines bright for all participants.
Bibble
Bibble has 4 years of experience within the convention scene. With a strong foundation in dance and hosting through various outlets, both inside and outside the convention space, they come from a competitive dance background and are passionate about sharing the joy of music and dance.
About the Fest Runners: Boreallumi
Founded on August 20th, 2022, Boreallumi Idols is a multimedia idol group that focuses on uplifting others through their talents and passion for reaching for the stars! The group currently consists of 11 talented dancers and embraces diversity by welcoming people of all shapes, sizes, colors, and backgrounds to join in all things stellar. Several Boreallumi members have earned awards in cosplay and bring their expertise in theater and dance to the stage.

- Total Show Time: 90 minutes

Rules for Participants
- Each group is given a 10-minute time block and must not exceed this time limit. If any issues arise, please reach out to idolfest.kisuucon@gmail.com.
- No projectiles or glitter are allowed on stage (e.g., confetti poppers, glitter bombs). All materials must remain attached to the performer, or a stage ninja must be able to quickly clean up any mess (e.g., mess-free hand streamers are permitted).
- All performances must remain PG-rated as this is an all-ages event. Inappropriate songs such as Ifuudoudou - Umetora, Gigantic OTN - GigaP, or Rabbit Hole - DECO27* are prohibited. If you are unsure if a song is appropriate, do not include it.
- Performers must bring a USB drive with their performance audio to ensure smooth operation. Please note that Wi-Fi or YouTube may not be reliable during the event.
- Once accepted, performers should send their setlist audio to idolfest.kisuucon@gmail.com as an emergency backup.
- Costumes must cover at least a non-thong swimsuit, with no exposed breasts, buttocks, or frontal pubic area. If there are any questions regarding costume guidelines, please reach out to idolfest.kisuucon@gmail.com for clarification or approval.
